This international multicenter stepped-wedge randomized study investigates which evaluation method of the CTG leads to better outcomes in eoFGR: visual assessment of the CTG or visual assessment supported with computer analysis of the short term variation (STV).

In the overarching FGR PODS project, we are consolidating all data from the large group of women in the SAVE FGR, including analyses on fetal ECG and maternal biomarkers, to develop a multimodel decision support tool for optimal timing of birth in eoFGR.
